Degree Holder, M.Sc. Degree Holder, a Fellow of the American Express Global Leadership Academy, London, UK and currently pursuing a Ph.D in Development Communications. With over 15 years of diverse experience spanning Corporate Communications, Brand Management, Image Consulting, Strategic Planning, Project Management, Impact Consulting and more, Oluwatoyin possesses a versatile skill set. Her proficiency extends to Management Consulting, Project Management, Impact & Policy Advisory, Volunteer Management, Program Management, Quality Management Systems, Research and Development, Life & Executive Coaching, HR Management, Social Innovation, Finance, and Investment, primarily within the Insurance and Development Sectors. She is also well-versed in consulting, problem-solving, analytical abilities, and effective project management. Recently, she has distinguishingly bagged a Certificate in Public Leadership and Policy from the School of Policy, Politics and Governance (SPPG) founded by Dr. Oby Ezekwesili. As an International Development Leader, Development Consultant and Program Director at Ideation Hub Africa, Oluwatoyin empowers social entrepreneurs, changemakers, non-profit professionals, social innovators,civil society organisations, policy shapers, nation-building enthusiasts, public sector agencies, development practitioners and impact-driven individuals across 46+ countries, playing a pivotal role in driving positive change on the African continent. Ideation Hub Africa boasts of an extensive network of over 28,000 changemakers, social entrepreneurs and social innovators. Under her leadership since 2015, Ideation Hub Africa (IHA) has impacted the lives of over 28,000 Changemakers, Social Innovators, Social Entrepreneurs and Impact-driven Individuals across 46 Countries, enabling and empowering them with experiential education, enterprise incubation, collaborative platforms; providing them with the tools, thinking, talents, resources and opportunities to start, scale and sustain their big ideas for changing Africa. Under her leadership, IHA has significantly expanded by securing multiple six- figure funding that enabled the growth of its programs and operations across Africa and the world. She has also driven and established strategic global partnerships with leading companies like Access Bank, UNICAF, ACT Foundation, Opportunity Desk, Women FM Radio, MSME Africa and many others. Oluwatoyin is also the Founder of Managers Toolkit Africa, a sustainable company and social enterprise dedicated to upskilling and re-skilling Africa’s workforce, bridging competency gaps. Furthermore, she serves as the Director of Ministry at Kingdom Leaders Global Alliance, a non-denominational Christian Ministry with a presence in 10 countries, offering spiritual discipleship and leadership development. She has also served as a Jury Member for the 2023 Future-Forward FemaleTM 25 under 25 Awards. Oluwatoyin’s leadership is characterised by her ability to nurture talents, establish structure, cast a compelling vision, and motivate individuals to achieve precision in their work. She is also an Author of Tales of Civic Education for Young Children and Teenagers empowering them to take action and make a real difference. It is a valuable resource for young children and teenagers in preparing and raising them as active citizens, teaching them about the principles of civic engagement, democracy and responsible citizenship. Under her leadership at IHA, she led the data-driven curation of two policy papers on Public Leadership Roadmap; Police Reforms and Good Governance. Her exemplary work ethic and unwavering dedication to youth transformation and nation-building were honoured with an award from the Royal African Young Leadership Forum, presented by His Imperial Majesty – The Ooni of Ife in 2020. In 2024, she received the Prestigious Award of 100 Power Women driving lasting impact, redefining leadership, pushing boundaries and driving exceptional success.
