VLC 2026 is the 4th edition of the Visionary Leadership Conference, a premier Pan-African convening powered by IMMERSE Coaching Company. Themed “Executing Vision in an Age of Disruption,” it equips emerging and established leaders to anticipate change, adapt with agility, and turn vision into measurable results.

VLC 2026 holds on October 29th - October 31st, 2026 at The Condo Lagos, Nigeria, with virtual access for delegates joining online.

It’s a hybrid event. Every ticket tier comes in two formats. In person gives you virtual access to Day 1-2 and in-person access to Day 3 in Lagos. Virtual gives you online access to all three days.

CEOs and founders, executives and senior leaders, entrepreneurs, professionals and emerging leaders, government and public sector leaders, and educators, ministry and civil society leaders. Purpose-driven individuals across all walks of life are encouraged to attend.

Absolutely. You can join online from anywhere in the world, or travel to attend in person.

Yes. Every ticket includes replay access to VLC 2026 sessions: 6 months with Standard, and 12 months with Premium and Corporate.

Absolutely. The Corporate ticket is designed for teams of 3 and above. It includes everything in Premium for your team, plus a half-page brand exhibition in the conference brochure. Your price depends on your tier, whether you attend in person or virtually, and when you register. Pioneer prices start from ₦70,000 for a Standard virtual ticket. See current prices on the registration page.

They are the three price stages for VLC 2026. Pioneer is the lowest price, Early Bird comes next, and Regular is the full price. When a stage closes, its price is no longer available, so registering early costs less.

We have a no-refund and no-deferral policy. We believe commitment and follow-through create momentum, and that you will make progress as you apply the insights from this conference. Thank you for understanding and honouring our policy.

Payments are in naira through Paystack, using a debit or credit card, bank transfer or USSD.

Manual transfers are highly discouraged, because they cut you off from our automated flow for registered attendees, which starts from the point of payment. Choose Pay in Naira (Paystack) at checkout and you’ll see multiple options, including Pay with Transfer.
